"The Grandstand" is your ideal location for Corporate Events, Weddings, Birthdays & Dinners, seating 140 people comfortably to allow room for a dance floor.

Venue Hire

A venue hire fee of $1000.00* is payable for all bookings together with a $500.00 deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until such time as the payment of $1,500.00 is received. * Discounts apply

Decorations

Decorations

Decorations can be provided or hired through The Grandstand.

If you are bringing in balloons that are floating with helium they must be tied to a weight.

Decorations under 3cm are not permitted.

Smoke machines are prohibited due to our smoke alarms.

All Functions

Confirmation of final guest numbers is required at least 5 days prior to your function along with credit card details for payment.

Staff

On some occassions we will recommend extra floor & wait staff.

Rates vary with the days & times of your event.

Additional Charges

Should your function proceed past 12.00 midnight an additional service charge of $40.00 per hour or part there of will be levied for two bar attendants on duty.

A 10% surcharge applies on weekends.
